iTCCS Graduation Plan & PGP

iTCCS Graduation Plan allows districts to define multiple graduation plans and the courses associated with each plan, and assign plans to students individually or as a group. The application helps you ensure that all students are scheduled to earn sufficient credits to graduate, and allows you to monitor student progress toward graduation. These tools greatly reduce the amount of work needed to prepare student course requests required for scheduling.

Personal Graduation Plans (PGPs)
House Bill 5 mandated that all students must have a PGP, and the iTCCS Graduation Plan application makes it easy. Tools are provided to create and maintain personal graduation plans for all students.

  • Create and maintain four-year graduation plans
  • Create personal graduation plans for all students
  • Maintain district-defined graduation course and credit requirements
  • Inquire on a student's graduation plans and progress
  • Mass update data
  • Print Educational Planning Transcripts (EPTs) by subject area
  • And much more...

Jobs and Reports

  • Mass student graduation plan maintenance
  • Personal graduation plan student lists and follow-up reports
  • Student status report
  • And many more...
