iTCCS Scheduling allows campus administrators to efficiently complete the task of student scheduling with maximum flexibility, while maintaining compliance with curriculum specifications and district educational program policies.
The Scheduling application interfaces with the Student Course Requests System, txMyZone, to facilitate student involvement in course selection, while providing counselors with oversight and approval capability.
Master Schedule Builder efficiently creates a master schedule using Scheduling courses and student course requests. The system creates the next year course section records and provides detailed information on course conflicts, seating balance, and resource utilization, thereby providing objective information for making informed decisions when placing courses in the master schedule. This tool provides flexibility and can be adapted for use in scheduling various calendars. This application replaces the former PC-based MSALGO system.
Resource Allocator is a resource allocation system that provides for the classification and storage of the campus's resources of time, rooms, and teachers. The system allocates the available resources to each class that is requested according to unique needs of the campus, and builds section information based on these resources.
